Authority to Access / Third Party Authority
A third party authorization form is used to give an individual access to an account. This form gives a third party the right to conduct business on an account on behalf of someone else. If you are unable to conduct business for any reason, a third party can conduct the necessary financial transactions on your behalf. Using a third party authorization form is a secure way to delegate authority to another individual.
It depends on the fund provider whether they will accept a practice template TPA or if they have their own form. It is recommended to call the fund provider first to avoid any inconvenience for the client of having to sign another form.
Turnaround time: 3-5 business days
